Sport Max indoor programs are usually held in multi-purpose function rooms, dance rooms, or spacious rooms. Currently, Sport Max is able to organize classes for various disciplines and sport activities. Some examples of these activities would be Personal Training, Mini Tennis, Functional Fitness Training, Resistance Band Training, Thai Boxing, Rope Skipping, Hip-Hop Dance, Soccer, Capoeira, Table Tennis, Badminton, Yoga, Zumba, Piloxing, and many others.
